I had a wonderful stay at Sri Lancashire Guest House. The owners were incredibly attentive and made sure I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The service was excellent, and the breakfast was one of the best I've had in Sri Lanka. The rooms were beautifully decorated and clean, with a lovely balcony overlooking a stunning garden and the nearby sea. The location was perfect, just a short walk to a fantastic beachfront restaurant. The hospitality was friendly and welcoming, and I can't wait to return and recommend this guest house to others.

Amazing hospitality from the hosts who were always available to assist with any need or request. The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, with excellent air-conditioning. The breakfast served on the balcony was delicious and the view of the garden was lovely. The location was very convenient, with the beach just a short walk away and a variety of cafes nearby.

The hotel could improve on its efforts to reduce plastic waste by providing a water refilling station and using non-plastic straws. everything else about the hotel was exceptional.

Our stay at Sri Lancashire Guest House was excellent value for money. The room was beautiful, with lovely flower decorations, and the location near the sea and a lovely beach was perfect. The staff treated us like family, always ready to help and make our stay enjoyable.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast selection better was if there were more vegetarian options.

I had the most fantastic stay at this guesthouse. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with such warmth and hospitality. The hosts, Nishanti and Wasantha, made me feel like part of their family. The room was beautifully decorated with fresh flowers and smelled amazing. It was spotlessly clean and had a cozy balcony. The breakfast served on my balcony each morning was incredible. It was fresh, delicious, and there was so much food! The guesthouse is just across the road from a secluded and beautiful beach with a cafe. The location is perfect for those who want to be right on the beach. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. Nishanti was always there to make a pot of tea and make sure I had everything I needed. Wasantha even drove me around in his tuk tuk, free of charge, to the beach, town, and for dinner. it felt like a home away from home.

The room at Sri Lancashire Guest House was perfect for our stay. It had both fans and AC, which kept us cool in the hot weather. The mini fridge and tea/coffee facilities were a nice touch. The private entrance and tile/marble floor gave it a cozy and luxurious feel. The double room even had an electric kettle and seating area. Some rooms even had a balcony or patio with stunning sea or garden views. We felt really comfortable and at home in this room.

Personally, I didn't make use of the kitchen with dining area in our unit, but for those who enjoy cooking or having meals in, it could be a great feature.

Clean & spacious guesthouse, great beach location, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable rooms. Incredible value for money. Will definitely return.
